How it works

Eight steps from first enquiry to a final report.

  1. Send us an enquiry

    Tell us briefly what you need using the form on this site. Please keep figures and confidential details out of it. There is no need to send the contract yet.

  2. Quick call to baseline scope and fee

    We reply, usually within one working day, to arrange a short call. We agree what is covered and the fixed fee, and confirm both in writing.

  3. Sign a mutual NDA for the project

    We prepare a mutual NDA for both sides to sign electronically before any document is shared. This can be done earlier at your request.

  4. Send the contract securely

    Once the NDA is signed, we agree a secure way to send the document. Never personal email.

  5. Complete review

    We review the contract as a pack, then highlight the issues that form the basis of the report and update call.

  6. Issue draft report

    You receive a draft report in plain English. It sets out the commitments, the exposure and the points worth raising.

  7. Call to highlight key items identified

    A short call walks through the key findings. You can ask questions and test our reading before the report is final.

  8. Final report issued

    We issue the final report, including wording you can put back to the other side. The decision stays with you.
