What we provide
A commercial risk review of the contract you send us, assessed against a structured framework and delivered as a written report with a debrief call. It is commercial analysis. It is not legal advice or a regulated service, and not a substitute for a solicitor.
Before we start
We agree scope, fee and turnaround in writing, and a mutual NDA is signed before any document is shared. Documents are sent through a secure channel we agree with you, never by personal email.
Fees and payment
Fees are fixed and confirmed in writing before work starts. Payment terms are set out in the engagement letter.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is held in confidence and used only for the work you have asked for.
Limits
Our liability and the basis on which you may rely on our findings are set out in the engagement letter. We do not act for you before courts, regulators or other parties, and we do not negotiate on your behalf unless separately agreed.
